Which state/agency ?
How much do you get per session?
What discipline?

I love what I do.
I've been doing this for 5 years and just got a very meager raise imo. I went from 70-72. The other agency's are starting at 76 so Im thinking of switching. Change is so hard.

I’m an OT in NY. Right out of school I was paid 130/hour by a well-known Jewish agency in Brooklyn.

My and NJ are very different! Different payscale, different session length,.ny sessions don't include paperwork time and NJ do.
It is also important to differentiate between w2 and 1099 as the same agency will pay you less as a W2 because they pay more taxes on their end. It works out the same at the end of the day, it's a matter of which structure is better for you.

I'm not the one that posted but for me working 30 billable hours a week would mean working 50 hours a week in travel time ...

Plus for me I don't get paid over Yom tov or any time the client cancels (which in EI happens a lot because little kids get sick..)
