So my phone keeps on dying. How do you keep batteries fully charged. Or do they eventually die completely.

you should look at the battery pack. A technician once told me that if the pack is slightly raised it will probably need to be replaced...Also, charging too frequently and for long periods of time can also shorten the life of your battery.

Actually, I thought a cordless phone should always be on the base when not in use...?
Or do you mean cell phone?
All batteries eventually stop charging as well.

I was told to use it till needs charge then put on base ... cause then the battery charges to full capacity ... otherwise it is not - and runs out all the time ...
not to mention if you're a yenta and talk on the phone a lot ...
