Looking for reccomendations of an english-speaking Dr who I'll be able to get an appointment with quickly (I'm already mid-pregnancy) and is kind and knowledgeable. Please say why you recommend and where they see patients (I'm located nearest to the ramat eshkol clinic but will travel reasonable distance).

You can try Dr. Noam Cohen in Malcha. I don't know how great his English is but it seems decent enough (I prefer Hebrew, but like every good Israeli he sometimes shows off his English, and it's not horrendous). Only thing is that he is taking off sometime around the chagim, so see if you can get in before that. Usually he has appointments within 2-3 weeks but because of the chagim I don't know.

I use Dr. Sarina Grissaro privately but I'm pretty sure she takes Maccabi. I dont have good advice for you as to how to find out- maybe call womens clinic in Shaarei Tzedek and ask them if yes and where and when she works to get an appt. ( you can also see her in Shaarei Tzedek on Monday monrnings for all kupat cholims and get reimbursed. But I only know Meuchedet so double check all this)
