I make Popsicles in molds in various flavors without sugar.
Lots of freshly squeezed lemon, lime and oranges and a piece of pineapple for sweetness blended with one type of fruit; frozen mango, strawberries, kiwi and spinach leaves(sshhh... don't tell! It's a favorite!)etc.

If it doesn't feel sweet enough I add xylitol, since it becomes even less sweet once frozen.

I find this easier than sorbet cuz it doesn't require blending twice.

Fruit salad with lots of fruits cut up very small. Can be mostly watermelon and apples for a lower budget or lots of berries like strawberries, blueberries etc. for higher. Delicious and refreshing, and definitely sweet.

Baked apple or pear with cinnamon and a sugar substitute or sugar free chocolate inside, served warm (chocolate will be melted)

I always do a fruit crumble . Peach blueberry in summer and apple pear in winter. Crumbs are made of chopped walnuts, oats, almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, maple syrup amd coconut oil. Also these https://www.ambitiouskitchen.c.....bars/

I actually haven't done it in a while, and when I did I kind of just made it up.
I cut pears in half and scooped out the middle where the seeds are, and filled the hole with chocolate chips. I think I also spread it with a little margarine and sprinkled some brown sugar and cinnamon over it. I don't remember the time and temperature I baked it at, but basically until cooked. Maybe 45 minutes at 350°F/180°C? I left it covered in the oven on a low temperature until serving just so it would be warm.
