DH recently got me a Keurig for my birthday. But when I asked him about toiveling it, he looked into it and found there's no easy solution.
Our Rav told him that the best thing to do is find a local Jew who takes it apart and then reassembles it so it no longer needs tevila. Does anyone know of a store or handyman in Brooklyn that does this for a reasonable price?

There is someone in Lakewood who does that.
We sold part of ours to a non-jew so we don't fully own it and it doesn't need tevila

Thanks, our Rav holds selling it to a non-Jew doesn't work for long-term usage, so this is basically our only option.
If need be, I could go to Lakewood, but it would be a lot easier to find someone in NY who could do it for me. Anyone know of somebody?

Yes, I think we sold, and rented back for a year or two so it shouldn't be long-term, if that is helpful
I don't know anyone, sorry
