My new Katie wig has such fine, sleek hair and does not hold the curl more than one wear.
I’ve tried a few things already and considering getting it very lightly permed.
I was told not all wigs can take a perm. Not sure what that means…
Anyone out there know if a Katie wig can take a perm?

I don’t know because I never heard of a Katie wig but it sounds like really good hair for the straight and sleek look I love.

Right! For a very straight look but I need a little something in it and it won’t hold the curl.

That's the catch of high quality hair. It's thinner and looks more natural but may not hold a curl. Definitely reach out to her if she can help you but I doubt there's much to do about it.

I have an older Katie lovely hair but also won't curl. I made it into a band fall and wear in a pony now

I think processed hair holds a curl better, but I like the virgin hair texture better.

Agreed. My irene looks great for simchas buy for every day I wear a dini or ita, upkeep on virgin hair is much easier and I prefer a more expensive wig for daily wear as it's more comfortable
