I have to replace window treatments but selling home soon, want to put latest style.
What is the popular one now?

I don't know what you mean by window treatments.
I would think that window treatments are a very personal design decision and so I would probably not like whatever someone else had chosen anyway. If necessary you realtor could negotiate an allowance if there is truly something wrong with what is currently on the windows.
If for some reason you need to put something on the windows for whatever reason then just go for something that is innocuous like a cream or white shade or blind.

Roller Shades with or without additional design (like kids initial, stripes etc)
But I've never heard that make a difference when selling a house...
