I have a u shaped kitchen. Bh have lots of counter space with two full ovens. For some reason I chose one side for meat and I also keep all my parve baking stuff there because there’s much more room there. I should’ve done the meaty side where I did the dairy side. I barely use dairy and I make fleishigs a lot and also bake a ton. So the parve and Fleishig side overlap and get tons of traffic. The dairy side is always empty. I regret it so much! Can I still change it? I have quartz counters so I doubt I can kasher them. I’m so upset!

You'd have to Kasher the counters and sinks. Is there any way you could put the Pareve things my the Milchigs instead?

No I don’t have room. Plus there’s one long big counter by the side I’m using now for parve. The only way to rectify this is to switch the dairy and meat sides

So do it now before you get to used to it.

But can quartz counters be kashered? I know they can’t withstand extreme heat

Did hot food actually spill yet on the quartz? Call a rav asap.

That sounds frustrating.
Ask your LOR what to do.

Like everything, different people hold different things, but the CRC holds that you can kasher quartz counters so it’s certainly worth asking your LOR if it’s acceptable / how to do it.

We didn't kasher our counters at all when we moved in
It depends on what they're made of, but in most cases, if youre not putting hot food directly on the counter (like actual food, not in a pot) you don't technically need separate

This.
I wonder how much heat your counters really got. Ask your LOR. Do ASAP before any real additional shailos present themselves.

Definitely ask. We were told we could kasher our quartz counters.

Thanks everyone for your input! I called my Rav and he said I only need to kasher the sinks! I’m so relieved. This house is only a few months old and the kitchen is the room I use most so it really bothered me that my workflow isn’t working well.
