Insurance Broker, full-time. Salary is $85,000 gross, plus annual bonus which varies, and great benefits package. 20+ years experience.

7 periods a week isn't a lot. Maybe she likes teaching and does it to feel fulfilled. Or maybe it's for health insurance that DH wouldn't have from his Amazon selling.

We file & issue all types of construction permits, new buildings, demolitions, fence, plumbing, sprinkler etc
I don't know about anywhere else in the world but in NYC it is a huge headache and needs tons of knowledge
Bh it's something I learned on the job, no school needed.
