Night meals:
Chicken soup

Challah
Moroccan Fish or gefilte depending on how much time
Store bought dips
Simanim platter-
Tzimmis, leek, beets, spaghetti squash, pomegranate apples and honey etc..
Mix and match Mains and sides:
Pulled Brisket Gnocchi
Turkey
Schnitzel
Chicken
Rice
Grilled vegetables
Farro salad from betweencarpools.com

Salatim- cabbage salad, grated carrots, beets, hummus, tehina- for every meal

We're home for 2-3 meals
Meal #1- lamb with prunes, rice
Meal #2- brisket, potatoes
Meal#3 (if we're home)- schnitzel, side tbd

Both nights: simanim, apples and honey; fish from the whole fish baked as part of the simanim (one fish per night)
night 1: orange soup
night 2: soup vegetables and couscous

Day 1: roast with carrots and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, fried zucchini
Day 2: chicken with onion and honey, rice, zucchini, sweet potato

Salatim: creamy eggplant, corn and red pepper, chumus, techina, matbucha(?)

Honey cake after each meal, and for the first night also a birthday cake

Slice and sautee with onions, brown sugar salt and pepper. When soft and caramelized, spoon a small amount into puff pastry squares, close, brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds and bake.

Or mix leek and onion mixture with egg and some breadcrumbs, form into patties or latest and fry.

Both kinda store bought 3 packages of Tusinoni Gnocchi Cooked along with store bought pulled brisket from Jack's gourmet
