I’m looking for a salad not lettuce based that could be made in advanced.
Also a cabbage salad with purple and white cabbage.

what about a saladwith a legume like chickpea salad or black lentil salad. they are not lettuce based. also tabbouleh is fun and fresh

Pepper salad
2 red pepper, sliced in strips
½ bag baby carrots, raw
2 green peppers, sliced in strips
1 red onion, sliced in rings
2 yellow peppers, sliced in strips
2 cans baby corn
2 zucchini, sliced
½ lb string beans, break into pieces
Boil 1 C vinegar, 2 C oil (less), & ½ C salt. Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight. Stir often.
Corn Salad
1 can corn
1 full tomato / cherry tomatoes (diced)
3 pickles (cubed)
3/4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 and a half teaspoons dill
Crunchy Pepper Medley
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
3 med. dill pickles
1 can baby corn, diced into small rounds
1/4 C. mayonnaise
Dice peppers and pickles into very small pieces. Add baby corn and mayonnaise.
Corn and Pea Salad
10 oz. bag of frozen corn
10 oz. bag of frozen peas
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 green pepper (optional)
1 red onion
then add: 1/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar, 2 tsp salt and 2 T sugar. Mix well and let sit over night.
