Hi! Can anyone share a delicious and yummy Apple Crumble recipe please.
Preferably one which has equal parts of apple and crumble (Not a baked apple with sprinkled crumbs)
Minimal ingredients. To be served with vanilla ice cream & custard (store bought)

I just did this yesterday.
Cubed your apples, mix w/ some lemon or orange juice.
For the crumble, I used the Streusel from Brynie Greisman Babka recipe.
350' for 25 min, in little ramekins.
I already tasted one, and it was real good

the BEST apple crisp ever I’ve been perfecting this for 2 years
If you’ve ever eaten at fuego in Miami.. you’ll know they have the best apple dessert. This is super similar
Cubed apples (4-5)
Apricot jam 1/2 cup
Equal parts Vanilla sugar and white sugar abt 3 Tbsp each
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of salt
Squeeze of lemon
Dash of vanilla extract
Crumb
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oat
Vanilla extract (a capful)
Vegetable oil abt 1/4 cup
Dash salt
Dash vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
Dash cinnamon
Can double the crumb recipe and put on top and in bottom
Bake 350 convection for around 30-40 min you what browned crumb and bubbling soft apple filling
Enjoy!

I bake my apples and crumbs separately. Then I keep the apples warm on the hotplate and when I plate it I can add as much or as few crumbs as I want and it stays crispy on top and warm on the bottom.
This is my recipe: (feel free to double)
Apple Bake:
5 apples cubed
1/4 cup applesauce
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon
Combine and cover tightly. Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours, until soft and bubbling.
Crumbs:
3/4 cup flour (I use spelt!)
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup demarara sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
5-7 Tbsp oil (I use melted coconut oil)
Combine to form crumbs. Adjust flour/ oil if it's too watery or crumbly. Bake for 30-40 min, stirring occasionally, but be careful should not burn.
Eta: I have baked it together as a crumble and comes out perfect too!
Just add crumbs to the top of the apples and bake for 1 hour
