Is it both days? At night? I can't remember. Any easy ways to make them?
Also, when do we eat new fruit

We eat both nights. But there are different Minhagim
Very easy - we have apples, dates, pomegranate, fish, head of fish
Carrots in the soup, butternut in the meal
Simple!
New clothes second night

We eat the simanim and say the yehi ratzons both nights. I think they're only said at night.
Some people serve them as a first course, others have throughout the meal.
And nothing wrong with carrot muffins, etc. for the day meal.
