What's the recipe for lamb with prunes, please?

Put fried onion, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, a little bit of oil, and the prunes on top of the lamb. We're using shoulder, but you can also use lamb chops.

Cook in the oven, covered, or in a pot on the stove with water in it. If you do on the stove, cook out the water when it's ready.

This is my menu so far:
First night:
Simanim
Gefilta fish
Chicken soup with lukshen
Shoulder of lamb tajin served with a couscous taboule
Plain couscous for my fussy kids
Hericot vers in honey and sesame
Roasted beets
Not sure yet about dessert
First day (with guests)
Salads
Shnitzel
Roasted beef shoulder in silan and chestnuts
White rice
Persian spiced rice
Assorted vegetables in the oven
I’m debating if I need potatoes too
Molten lava cakes

Second night
Simanim
New fruits
A soup (I think marak katom)
Fish of some sort (whatever DH picks up tomorrow)
Couscous
Gnocchi with Swiss chard and pine nuts
Ice cream
Second day -
Barbecue
Assorted meats,
Fresh fried French fries
I think also roasted pumpkin and sweet potato
And a green salad
Again not sure about dessert

I have apple caramel cake
Oatmeal cookies
I’m going to make an apple crisp pie
And feel like I’m missing another dessert.
Plus dairy cake for kiddhush.

My soups get really hot when I heat them up in a disposable pot on the hotplate. Just make sure its not frozen and it doesn't take long

Sauté an onion. Add bag of cabbage, salt, pepper and some sugar. Add some water (so there should be liquid) cook until lightly brown.
Cook bow tie noodles according to package instructions. Mix together.
