I made spaghetti noodles for dinner last night and have a ton left over.
I have boneless chicken breasts I was going to use for Shabbos.
Any way I can incorporate both of these into a dish for Friday night? It seems like it would have potential...but I'd need some sort of sauce that would bring them together. I'd probably want to add some veggies to it also, but it's fine if the original recipe doesn't call for that.
The recipes I'm finding online all just call for added tomato sauce. I'd like something more Shabbosdik than that, if possible. I was thinking maybe something Asian?
ETA: No peanuts or lime, please.

Chicken lo mein.
Stir fry whatever veggies you want (onion, pepper, broccoli, carrots, eggplant, etc.). Cut the chicken into cubes or small strips. Take the veggies out of the pan (I usually dump it in a 9x13) and cook the chicken. Add the chicken to the veggies &cook the sauce (I use soy sauce, garlic, and orange juice- make a good amount). Make a slurry of corn starch & water. Add a bit to the sauce to thicken it. Once it’s a good consistency add in the spaghetti (you can cut it if you want smaller pieces), mix well then add the veggies and chicken back in and toss to coat fully. Enjoy!
(You can use that same 9x13 to keep it warm for the seudah).

Thank you! I might make this...but still very open to other ideas
Maybe something with a thicker, sweeter sauce?

You can add honey to the sauce (I stopped doing that because my dh prefers less sweet, so I forgot to add it) you can make the sauce as thick as you want with the slurry- I make it pretty thick usually.
