I Freeze it raw and bake erev shabbos/yom tov. It stays crispy like that. Otherwise it's soggy.

Leave the foil slightly open if reheating it; this allows it to crisp instead of getting soggy.

I freeze it raw and take it from freezer to oven. Comes out delicious.
