Can I make beef & broccoli using chulent meat?(goulash cubes

I'm not opposed to cooking it in the crockpot, just not sure how
Any ideas or direction here?

You can, but the meat will probably fall apart and be more of a pulled beef and broccoli, not the strips you're used to. and it will need to cook for longer

It definitely will take more than 3.5 hours on low if using cholent meat; likely 3x that.

I find chulent meat to be pretty dry. Even when I cook it low and slow in liquid.

I don't think it will fall apart. Chalont meat is quite firm and dry, even if it cooks long.

Meat will not fall apart. It will also not take 10 hours depending on the temperature. But broccoli definitely will. You'll need to add them all way at the end.
