For minor fasts? In my case, I’m nursing a ten month old but she really only nurses two times a day (sometimes three if needed) .

Do you always fast on all fasts? Because you need your strength for yk. Maybe ask arav

Ask but it's probably enough. Even those with young children done nursing often don't fast the minor fasts.
