Anyone ever frozen cooked wontons that have been deep fried? Do they still come out crispy when reheating on the hot tray for yom tov? Want to make them before erev yom tov but not sure if will be good

I always freeze for yomtov. They're not as good as fresh from the pan but still very good and always go down well. I only ever reheat in the oven. Would be interested if anyone has done it on hot plate.
