We have an overstock of pickling cucumbers. They really don’t taste too great... some of them are fat and short. Others are orange or yellow...
I think the best bet would be to pickle them- I’m assuming the orange babies will need to go?

Amazon said pickling/fermenting jars selection is dizzying.

Question # 1- what do I buy? Large Jar link would be super helpful

In name of mr. pickles, thanks in advance!

I know everyone makes a big deal about pickling in glass, but I’ve been very successful using the disposable plastic (deli) containers. I like using 32oz but I’ve done bigger, too.

My mother in law uses plastic. I don’t like the pickles she makes (they’re sour, I only like half sour) but they taste exactly the way they are supposed to.

Never thought of using plastic! I will definitely try that!

What’s the recipe/method you use?
