I’m dreading Yom Kippur. This is the first time I’ll be nursing and having little kids at home. I can’t imagine getting through the day without drinking.
I have a lot of frozen milk bH. If I give baby bottles and only nurse a couple of times, will that help my fast? How will my milk supply get affected?

I’m not sure how much it would help you fasting unless it’s someone else giving the bottles so you can rest because you’re body is going to produce as much milk as it thinks you’ll need. I’ve found that my supply is more effected the next day
