Yummy instructions please. We always did fish, which my mother made, but we moved farther from my mother and also I hate fish so I'm not just going to use her recipe. Bought a sheep head, now what?

Same way you cook any other beef. I do onions, oil and spices in the oven low and slow.

Rub with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt. Roast at 425 until done, about 35 minutes maybe?

Thanks. Y'all are collectively my big sister or kitchen mother or something. I did call my mother for a couple of recipes but she doesn't do all the simanim that my husband wants to.

If you have the oven on 400, just do it for 40 minutes.
Enjoy and good yom tov imamother sister!
