I think the downstairs hall at Estrea is a smaller hall.

What do you call "gorgeous"?
Do you mind if it's in a school? A shul? Parking needs?
Most are done in a similar style (Chandaliers, wainscoting, fabric panels on walls). The newer ones look fresher?
The hall in I think moreshes (industrial park) is new and has lots of mirrors and detailing. Is that your look? Nice amount of parking. No steps.

I like moeeshes but I think it will look too empty, need something a bit smaller...

Vizhnitz has a nice hall. It’s brand new as of sometime this year. On Clifton maybe?

I’ll be honest- I’ve never seen Neustadt. I’ve been to Bais Hora’ah, but I don’t think it’s so new. The downstairs hall at Estreia is also very nice- but Vizhnitz is nicer. Estreia just happens to have delicious catering.
