Ohel in Far Rock may have one, call and ask
when I inquired about their P at far rockway, I was told there was someone better in Flatbush
If you are willing to travel, and wait a bit to an open appointment, I would pm you

Flatbush is like an hour away. There has got to be someone closer. Williamsburg too. Very hard to get to. I have jobs and schools and kids and just no.

when I researched for someone, I was told by a tehrapist I trust that Ohel FR has 1 psychatrist, and he would def travel elsewhere.
If you find someone else in network - that will be amazing.
You want someone excellent, in network, and minium travel - not always you can find all in one package
another idea - go to your insurance site, search for provider, jot down names in network, and goodgle them. People write feedback on line.

Ohel isn't in my insurance network. I was pretty surprised, I thought they would take everything :-(
I will have to start looking through my insurance list. But in the past when I've done that it's just been frustrating. I got a few real losers that way.

IME finding a psychiatrist in that area who takes insurance is very tough. I either paid out of pocket or went to Brooklyn. Premium health has some on staff, I believe they are on Foster Ave.
Another option is to call Zucker Hillsides outpatient unit and see if they have anyone you can see.
