It was supposed to get put in the fridge yesterday but got put in the freezer. I have an hour to get everything in the oven. I have a roast and three chicken packages. This is the only cooking time I have before Shabbos. It can stay in the oven longer than usual, but needs me to not have to be around. Roast says it will take half an hour to defrost in the microwave. Chicken takes at least ten minutes of prep after defrosting. What to do?

No go. Must be today. Nobody can take anything out tomorrow.

Similar for the roast, you can do a very slow cook in the oven

You can put the chicken and meat in the over frozen and bake longer.

Put the packages of meat and chicken in a bowl of cold water-it defrosts much faster.
