We do cream cheese sandwiches or a granola bar and cheese stick.

What’s your definition of healthy
Whole grain
Low carb
Low fat
Low calorie
I consider low carb healthy
I make flax bread, usually the night before, but it’s easy enough to whip it up in the am

Then I shmear with butter, cream cheese, or melt cheese in it

Peanut butter on a warm toast. Delicious! I even put thinly sliced sour pickles on top sometimes. It's sooo good.
