In the beginning of the ami and maybe mishpacha there have been these low tech FULL page ads, just words typed on white background, advertising a lady looking for 4-6 mothers to do a life changing diet and email fruitflair at gmail.com (I think that’s the email) and how it’s a big commitment and a lot of work but you’ll change your whole lifestyle. Anyone know anything about this?

I don't know who or what that is all about but I found them mildly amusing and somewhat disturbing.

Looked creepy to me as well. Also condescending and like she was yelling at you.

Reminded me of the end-of-the-world summer camp ads. Remember those?

DO NOT EMAIL IF comes off as arrogant, like you're so sure that you've earned the responses that you now have to narrow them down before anyone's even contacted you.

I know w/o who signed up "got a scholarship" it costs a pretty penny + you need to invest in a lot of equipment and time commitment as there is a lot of heavy exercise as in weights etc. I don't know the exact details however there is a legit person behind this.

I think Mishpacha stopped running that ad and if I remember correctly wrote a small apology about it

I think it's this one were my sister called in to hear a price and this lady wouldn't stop harrasing her after my sister told her it's not interesting... she intimidated her and made her feel stupid why she doesn't want to invest time in herself

Yeah I emailed afew weeks ago and got a lecture of a response basically telling me that if I'm not ready to spend significant amount of money then I shouldn't bother. She sent a zoom link which I did not join after seeing that msg.

If someone isn’t tech savvy enough to create a separate email address for this venture and is using fruitflare……something sounds unprofessional.

I also replied and the response made me run the other way.
I would love to hear if anyone had a positive experience with this and possibly change my opinion.
