My baby girl is still in 3-6 month old onesies at 10 months. For the first six or so months or her life she had constant weight checks because she was under the first percentile for bmi. Now she’s normal but still very small! We don’t have to go into the doctors every week anyway. She hits all her milestones and is BH” very energetic and active . But I worry. Nothing seems to fit her!
I’m 5’3” and very slim. But her father is six foot ! Does she just take after me ? It seems like she eats a lot but is still tiny.

I've had kids like that and there's usually a reason for it.
Does she have reflux? Allergies? Eczema? Tongue tie? Mouth breathing? How's her sleeping and eating habits? How's her general behavior?

One of my kids was like that. She is now a small petite elementary school student!

Right… my child who was like that is now on growth hormones. I don’t want to scare you OP . That child was my first so I couldn’t have known then. Im also very slim and around 5’4 and my DH is very tall. Turns out that the rest of my children are all very tall Kah and over 50 percentile for height. Bit like I said my tiny child was my first. DC wore size 6-12 months at age 2

I'm sure it's nothing. Some people are just smaller than others. My baby is also tiny. It's almost 20 months and wear size 12 months clothing. In her case she had a hole in her heart and was not able to gain weight for a bunch of months until post surgery. But in general some kids are just more than others. As long as your doctor's not really worried I wouldn't worry either.

Some kids are just tiny. My 1 tiny kid ( 15 lb by first birthday) is now very tall for his age & slim.
I would be more concerned with milestones.
Also Don't gauge size by onsies, the tend to run larger than regular clothing

Is she your oldest?
Some babies are just small! If your doctor has no other worries, I wouldn't worry.
My oldest was also tiny, but then had others and discovered that's just the way my babies are!
