adam and chava were vegans.
which means plant based diet had all the nutrition.
they probably ate raw.
when did it all change?
should one learn from this that vegan diets are best?

How do you know they were vegans? There is no discussion either way of what they ate.

We are not the same. Things changed after Adam and Chava ate from the eitz Hadas.

Our physical bodies are also different from how theirs were. I'm not sure there is anything to learn from this.

My understanding is that Rav Kook believed that when mashiach comes we'll all be vegetarian and that it's a higher moral level to be vegetarian, but after Noach the generations were lower and that meat became permitted.

It changed by Noach. People were putting animals on the same level as humans and one of the main aveiros of that time was having relations with animals. We started eating meat to show that there’s a difference and to put ourselves above them.

Adam and Chava were giants who could see to the other side of the world. It’s really not a great comparison.

You realize it's a Mitzva from the Torah to eat from the korbon pesach? What does that even mean?

How do you explain korbanos and the constant talk about eating basar? Meat is considered the nicest best food in the Torah. I don’t believe vegetarian is considered a higher level in the Torah. I think much of this idea was created by anti meat people.

I know a rav who does the same.

I tried eating vegan for a few months but I had no energy. My body needs animal products.
I don’t think it’s better to aspire to Adam and Chava’s diet than avraham avinu or anyone else in the Torah. Maybe try the rambam’s diet if you want a more spiritual based diet.
