My son is taking a medicine for a condition which at times causes light headedness and dizzyness.
The doctor said if this happens then skip that day and take blood pressure to see if it went low(it was perfect). If it went low or even if it didn't but the sensation is there he said to have salty chicken soup in hand and it will help. At the moment I will be making but it will take some time (the one from shabbos spoiled). I wanted to know if anyone has any other natural remedy ideas ?

Maybe a sports drink like Gatorade? Anything that will help retain sodium in his body should have a similar effect to the soup
