Did yours come pleated? I ordered one and it came with absolutely no pleats, the company is saying to iron it but there’s no way it’s going to have the crisp look it’s supposed to going to end up spending more at the cleaners than I would paying for the real version so trying to get a refund from Ali.

wears beautifully
For the summer version I ordered the white and it came creased. I was upset and thought it wouldn't be wearable but when I hung it out for a few days really straightened out and wore beautifully - wonder if you hang for a few days if that will help

Creased I would understand that’s a normal problem with shipping. This looked like a flat flairy skirt. No hint that there had ever been pleats in it and no way to recreate them without painstakingly ironing.

I purchased the apparallel skirts in 27 inch, which was perfect for me; they are also sold in midi length, which is longer.
