I feel so fat Crying everywhere I go I see people with perfect beach bodies - how do they do it?
I try to exercise and diet but never seem to get anywhere with it…
My main question is: how can I stop my weight from ruining my day, nearly every day?

It's not easy!

Have you ruled out medical issues?

If you have the resources to do so, I would suggest meeting with a stylist who can help you dress and make yourself up in the most flattering ways. I know plenty of larger women who look really lovely because they have embraced themselves and present themselves with confidence.
If you cannot do this, use online resources to help you figure out how to dress for your figure.

This takes care of helping yourself now.

Actually losing and maintaining weightloss is a whole other story. It's about finding what works for you and sticking with it. For me it's cutting carbs and sugar( not entirely) and exercising between three and five hours a week. Again engaging a dietician/ weightloss coach who motivates you could be very helpful.

Yes it helps if the nutritionist works off of your recent bloodwork. Sometimes its a sugar issue sometimes something else. Everyones metabolism is different.

Therapy. Yes seriously. I did it and it was the best decision I ever made. Even more than trying to lose weight.

I was struggling for a few years !
Would diet , would excersize and it never made a difference , my weight kept going up
I finally went to a specialist weight loss doctor , I did have to go on certain medications … but it’s been life changing !
I still don’t have a perfect beach body … but getting so much more comfortable with my weight

I'm curious which meds work for you. I have tried so many and was not successful.

I was trying to find that one (my latest meds attempt) but yes, it is totally unavailable. I will be trying a new one instead called Monjourno.

Same. I bought clothing which fit me and got rid of the stuff that I unfortunately prob won't fit into for a long time. I bought some nice costume jewelry because at least that always fits.

If I told you that within 3-6 months you could be in a much different place for $75 plus cost of food. What would you say? PM me.

Op, are the people with the perfect beach bodies your age? Because it’s not fair to compare yourself to younger people.

Whoever tried ozempic gained back all their weight plus more the moment they stopped. Try something sustainable and healthy.

Listen, idk what your life circumstances are buy medications for weight loss are literally my last hope before surgery. I have tried all the "sustainable and healthy" things out there. Since I was about 13 until now (I am 30). This type of comment is really unhelpful.

It’s normal range weight gain and it’s probably due to pp and bc so I think not. But I feel awful and unsightly.

True. I’d like to think I dress appropriately for my figure but sizing up is never fun Sad
