Not certified bug free but have an OU so good for smoothies

Then it doesn't need a hechsher anyway.
As long as there are no other ingredients or additives any frozen fruit would be fine

I emailed the ou, and they said they can be eaten and are bug free. Feel free to email them yourselves to verify. (After all, I'm a stranger on the internet.)

The ou hechsher means it's bug free. They will not put the ou on a batch that has bugs.

I have never heard of such a thing
As far as I heard the OU means there are no added ingredients that aren't kosher. Nothing to do with bugs
