I was wondering if anyone not fasting YK would share what they eat in 1 Oz. Increments? I'm looking for Ideas.
So far I have:
String Cheese Cut Up
Hard Boiled Egg quarters
Yogurt Bars Cut Up
Energy Bars Cut Up
Any other ideas?

Turkey/pastrami slices cut up
With spelt crackers in sandwich. One sandwich is an Oz.
Or with mini rice cakes low carb
Actual yogurt in mashkeh cup with teaspoon of granola in it. (Sugar free yoghurt)
(When I was one week after birth on yk, I did turkey and cracker sanwiches. Filling and easy.)
