Do you have a salmon recipe that’s very tasty but not sweet

We typically do Zhattar salmon, sesame seed rainbow salmon, blacken salmon.

Looking more for a salmon with a things like garlic, sun dried tomatoes etc

Thanks!

I mix lemon juice (recipe calls for dry white wine but I never have it at home), crushed garlic, mustard, a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and pour it on salmon

McCormick rotisserie seasoning - sprinkle it liberally over the salmon. Bake it covered for 20 minutes and uncover for the last 5-10. I put this on everything.

Pesto Salmon (or Samon Kebabs)

Put salmon pieces in a bowl. Drizzle oil, salt, pepper, drop of lemon juice, cube of frozen garlic (or minced clove of garlic), and cube of frozen basil (or chopped fresh or dried). Mix to cover salmon pieces (gently). Allow to marinate for a bit if you have the time. Lay pieces flat in 9X13 pan. Bake or broil according to your "done" preference (I do about 18 minutes at 350).

For RH, I scrubbed and sliced (lengthwise and then in semi-thick slices) a green and a yellow zucchini. I added them to the above salmon, which I had cut in chunks, and mixed it all up. Threaded them onto Kabob sticks - yellow, salmon, green, salmon, etc...and put a cherry tomato on top. Lay them single layer on a cookie sheet and broiled them a few minutes, flipped over and another few minutes....they came out delicious.

Some of my favorites are:

Mix soy sauce, everything bagel spice, minced onion, minced garlic, McCormick Chipotle Garlic GrillMates seasoning with some mayo and spread on fish.

Mix parve butter with fresh (or frozen) basil and spread on fish, top with thinly sliced tomatoes, top that with a mixture of panko crumbs and some more of the basil butter mixture.

Also Morrocan Salmon.
