Talkspace or Better Help probably. Not sure which has frum therapists...

I saw a therapist remotely through Achieve Behavioral Health in Monsey. They accept insurance.

My therapist and I have been doing. Phone sessions for years. Hard for me to get childcare or come into the office given my work schedule so she accommodates this.

If there's a therapist that you would normally want to go to or have heard good things about, try reaching out to them and see if they'll do telehealth appointments. A lot of therapists/doctors that didn't deal with zoom sessions started doing so during Covid and kept it up even as things calmed down, because there was still a demand for that service.

I don’t think it’s hard to find somebody to work remotely, it is hard to find somebody who takes insurance. Most will work via zoom but honestly therapy can sometimes be more effective in person so if that’s an option consider that.
