Make patties and fry them into little burgers. I'm sure somone will be hungry before the meal starts.

So I'm not a baker at all.... Onions would go well in a meatball?

They just have meat, onions and spices? They would fry well over the stove top?

Delicious. Even better this way than with fillers of egg/crumbs.

Ok.
I feel like I tried something similar once spontaneously and it all fell apart. But your saying this won't?

It shouldn't. Also works in the oven and there's no chance of it falling apart. Bake uncovered on a cookie sheet at 400 for 20 minutes.

I actually tried frying it and they look scrumptious.
I think my previous mistake was turning them way too early and they weren't firm yet.
Thanks for your help!

I have frozen extra kreplach filling in tiny little balls in a container. Next time I want Kreplach, I just buy more wonton wrappers and fill and cook.
There's no such thing as too many kreplach. And they can be served anytime, any day of the year, no Halachic issues. My 14 year old DD is an expert on "Hilchos Kreplach", and this is her qualified opinion.

For all that said to freeze it, it's really only DH eating it and he's picky so I'm not sure if he's even going to like it lol

I made kreplach before RH. I had tons of leftover filling, so I filled two loaf pans and presto - chicken meatloaf! I made a mushroom sauce to serve on top of it. We had one for RH and the other one will be for Sukkos.
