If you have extra cauliflower, roast small florets with oil and salt and use as garnish.

Toasted pumpkin seeds.
A swirl of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of parlsey.

There is the coated frozen cauliflower. U just bake it and put in about 3 / 4 pieces in each soup plate. It's amazing.
