So I went there. I really was not happy.
First when I got there there was notices all over the door saying we need masks and need to call them before walking in which I did and they thought I was nuts. Not one person other than staff was wearing masks and I could of just walked in.
I was supposed to see Dr. Anthony but didn’t see him I saw someone else but it was for a check up.
My son needs a root canal which they don’t do they told me to go to I think NYU or Colombia in the city.
He also needed two cavities filled which they told me I should do it at the same time as the root canal.
I asked why they can’t do it and they said they just didn’t want to.
I just didn’t like the whole office. I felt I was in another country truthfully.
Also I got email from them which I felt was very aggressive.
Then I got an explanation of benefits where the insurance company said they are denying claims the dentist made which I know for a fact they didn’t do.
Not sure I’ll go back there but it’s so hard to find a dentist that is accepting new patients.
