I'm looking for a comfortable shabbos shoe as an extra, something I can wear under a robe or when I don't want to be too dressy and uncomfortable in my regular shabbos shoes.
I have a fairly wide foot and am not really comfortable in most flats, it needs a slight heel and a little closed as very open makes me gap.
I'd love some recommendations, I was thinking maybe like a velvet loafer or smoking shoe?
Any tried and true?

I wear these most shabboses. https://www.amazon.com/gp/prod.....psc=1

Comfortable. slip on nice looking.

Also I wear black leather Birkenstocks a lot too. I have a lot of orthopedic problems and tend to go with what is the most supportive over fashionable.

I have those too in like every color under the sun but somehow because everybody wears them for weekday it'll be funny to wear on shabbos, no?

I guess it's an option as they really are just my fallback shoe that I always land up getting.

I know what you mean. I'm boring with my shoes because I really need comfort and am a little picky. So I'll reorder the same thing many times in different colors/ fabrics. If you do end up getting them lmk because I'm curious if the velvet is just as comfy Smile
