If you or someone you know is looking for affordable housing then there are still available units for rent in Midwood. Check to see if you have the income to qualify for this and apply by Nov 8 2022-- https://newyorkyimby.com/2022/......html

Before anyone gets her hopes up, note that these are 130% AMI units which means that the max rents can be upward of $3K for a studio, and more for larger apartments. That’s why these units are still available.

Yeah, it’s a luxury building but I wouldn’t call the rents affordable.

The rent costs are in the article, seems affordable to me:
Quote: | At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,058 for incomes ranging from $70,560 to $156,130; 12 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,346 for incomes ranging from $80,435 to $156,130; one two-bedroom with a monthly rent of $2,483 for incomes ranging from $85,132 to $187,330, and nine two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,830 for incomes ranging from $97,029 to $187,330. |
