What sefer can I learn to learn about positive thinking and how Hashem brings shefa to the world? What sefer is that in?

Rachel Shaool's course. She also works with a book I forgot the name I can look it up if you want (not sure if she authored it or she just uses that).

Yes that's the one, thanks for posting! There's a volume 2 now also.
However don't take my word for it, I know in the course a big topic is shefa but the actual book I'm not sure, maybe someone else can chime in.

Thanks! I'm sort of more looking for a sefer, like written by the gadol (was it breslov?) Is there a sefer somewhere about it?

talks about exactly what you asked for. Amazing life changing sefer, around $11 in most judaica stores. There is a volume 2 as well but the first one is the most important

But I'm looking for something a bit different as well.
