Yes! That was my first and nearly only symptom. It happened right before Rosh Hashana. I couldn't smell or taste any of my special foods! I thought I was going to lose my mind. A week later, I started smelling some things again. Two weeks later even more.....by Sukkos bh I probably had 80-90% of it back and now it seems fine. But it was so bizarre and really messed with my head!
