Do you leave dirty clothing in the hamper? How often do you wash your towels? Both these things can contribute to musty smells.

I second the dehumidifier. Try it for a week to see if you see a difference.
I have one on my side of the basement. For years my tenants apartment always smelled musty until they bought a dehumidifier for their side.
