I'm thinking about this oven/air fryer. I've never had one like this before and I have a few questions:

1. Do I put food directly on the racks? Can I put in foil pans or on foil sheets? I don't want to have the wash the racks every time I use this.

2. If I put food directly on the racks, do I need to use Pam?

I'm concerned about big messes and fires.
