My son is really bored on Sundays, I am trying to arrange for some activities for him to do, perhaps arrange for an older boy to take him and a friend or two out, any ideas what outdoor activities are fun for this age or how they can make the outdoors fun?

Sports are the easiest option. Basketball. Football, two on two. Even just baseball catch.

Boys that age sometimes like challenging themselves to things like chin-ups, pushups, things like that. Can be done outdoors if you get a chin-up bar or something.

Biking. Even just biking to get slurpees or something becomes a chavaya.

Learning/chazaring. Outside, or inside. (If you're in my hemisphere, it's going to get cold in not too long anyway.)

Or sign him up for an extra-curricular of some sort.
