Where you suppose to weigh the food and you are just eye balling it?
I would reach out to the nutritionist
Sometimes a little tweak is all that’s needed |
I measured everything.
Today I ate:
Breakfast:
1 Slice ww toast (40 cal)
2 slices reduced fat cheese
5 olives
Coffee with skim milk
Snack 180 cal protein bar
Lunch
Arnold’s Pita pocket-ww (100 cal)
1/4 avocado
5 cherry tomatoes
Dr prager veggie burger (130 cal)
Dinner
6 oz chicken cooked with spices and pam
1/2 brown rice.
I know it’s not so much I genuinely wasn’t hungry. I should have made a veggie for dinner but was tired and felt full from what I did eat..

No fruits? You should be eating every 3 hours to keep your metabolism running and eating fruits help you do that while giving you fiber and nutrition.

Our bodies are very smart and they adjust our metabolism to what is "available" for us to eat and our metabolism slows down if it thinks there is no food.
I personally have only found one diet that really works for me, but it doesnt work during pregnancy and I have found that in early pregnancy my body just starts packing on the lbs and retaining water etc.

OK I am really curious now. Could you please tell us about the one diet that works for you?
Since I began menopause no diets help ... Getting so discouraged ...

How are your bowel movements? You may need 2 tbsp of chia seeds for regular movements.
