Is this for yourself? I would highly recommend you go to a female.
Personally, I went to Rochel Albert for anxiety. She works with people over the phone. It was just a few sessions and helped me so so much. I highly recommend her.
If you want to go to someone in person, I would suggest Debbie Leibowitz. She is amazing, one stop shop and will Iyh help you so much!

Welson is great for boys. Stick with same gender therapist in this field….
Welson is trained in many mamy different modalities.
Liebowitz is also amazing but only works a few hours a week
