Where do you live now?
How long did you work in Israel?
Did you ever cancel your bituach leumi?

I don't know what social security is and does, so I don't understand what you're trying to do.
There are lots of different parts of bituach leumi (dmei leida, maanak leida, kitzvat yeladim, kitzvat nechut, kitzvat zikna, and more)

I second calling Chaim V'chessed

Maybe it's called kitzvat zikna? I emailed Chaim Vchessed before the chagim, but haven't heard back. Does anyone else know?

thank you I tried this, but they ask for the תאריך הנפקה תעודת זהות and there's no date on mine, so they won't let me advance to the next question.

Can you make an appointment to discuss in person?
How long ago did you get your TZ?
Maybe make an appointment at misrad hapnim for a new one?
תאריך הנפקה comes up a lot with automated systems here.

FYI קופת גמל is a private thing so you would need to find the company you paid it towards. You definitely can get hold of that money
