sometimes my kids are hungry, but mostly not so much so soon after lunch

any good ideas what to serve that everyone will enjoy even if they're not super hungry

Challah and dips
Fresh cut up fruit (like mango, pineapple), vegetable salad (if I'm in the mood).
Fish (for DH - kids usually don't want)

We eat lunch on the early side, and dinner shift 1 is generally around 4 anyway. Generally pasta and chumus plus fish for whoever wants
